Meet Dina Dillard

Dina Dillard has built her company by recognizing the current real estate sales process is flawed.  

Any realtor can subscribe to a MLS service and send you listings, and any potential buyer can find properties by doing their own internet search.  There is no way to differentiate value when you can do the same thing as your “realtor.”  

Dina and her team do not rely on internet search engine optimization (SEO) referrals.  They believe in a collaborative approach where they will work with you to understand your personal needs.  Depending on your specific preferences, they can offer transactional advice, assistance on real estate valuation , non-traditional financing, home improvement projects and provide you with competent suggestions for other professionals as part of their service commitment.  She is a tenacious client representative.   

Dina is locally born and raised.  She grew up here, so she has witnessed the evolution of the Austin Metro real estate market. She will continue to be a fixture in the community, and she is looking forward to serving you.
